“Breast Cancer Awareness” I Like It Campaign on Facebook

Facebook is an international socializing website, but not just this. It implies many other things, like playing different games, getting in touch with every novelty that comes up, being updated and making something that actually interests you. Some of the times, there are even benevolent issues that people make on Facebook. This implies gathering voluntary groups for environmental issues, fighting for a cause, in a word.

One of these campaigns is as well “I like it” campaign. It relates to a lot of serious problems and issues, and as everybody knows that October is the month that is dedicated to breast cancer awareness, there is no reason for “I like it” campaign not to be implied in this thing as well.

It begins with voting and this is kind of all that one can do. Therefore, there are a lot of “I like it” votes this month and more are to come, especially from women. If you see so many votes for “I like it” , you should not thing of anything else but a bare vote, that costs you nothing but a few seconds.

These votes are to relate to the thing that this is a serious thing that women are fighting with, more and more as time passes. Hundreds of thousands of women all over the world are at the moment using this meme, in order to raise awareness to people all over the world, about the spreading of the breast cancer and finding a cure for it.

Anyhow, despite of the good thing that this meme is for, Facebook, like any other sociable internet platform is rather susceptible in spreading such memes as they could get viruses. It is not known who initiated this campaign, but it is good to know that people are thinking of people, for a change and world starts to become better and better.

In order to account for this disease gravity, it is wise to know that it is believed to kill another 10 million people in the next 25 years.
