Brooke Mueller Obtains Restraining Order Against Charlie Sheen

In the past few days Charlie Sheen has created many headlines with his behavior, comments and interviews. And it seems that he has more to say.
Well, the latest reports involving Charlie Sheen claim that star managed to create more troubles. According to the Los Angeles Times a security guard from Sheen’s Los Angeles home called the star’s former wife, actress Denise Richards, who came to his house to check on her two children. However, despite the call, it seems that Sheen’ children weren’t in any danger and in fact they weren’t removed from the home. But, however, this wasn’t the issue.
So, if this incident had no consequences and it is yet unclear what happened, it seems that there are more problems for Charlie Sheen. The actor’s third wife, Brooke Mueller made an emergency application for a temporary restraining order against the 45 years old actor, who is now banned from going within 100 yards of his former wife. Well, according to a TMZ report the reason why Brooke decided to ask for a restraining order against Sheen is actually given by the fact that the “Two and a Half Men” star had made “specific and descriptive threats” against her. “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom,” the woman claimed Sheen told her. The restraining order was issued on Tuesday. So, yes problems keep on occurring for Charlie Sheen. Still, initially there was no mention on what will happen to the star’s twin boys, who were living with Sheen.
But, new reports indicate that the twins have already been removed from Sheen’s house, as a judge decided. According to Popeater.com, the kids were returned to Brooke Mueller after Sheen’s former wife convinced the judge to grant an order on this matter. Bob and Max currently are in the custody of Brooke Muller, a source told Radar Online. According to the same source, Sheen was really furious when finding out about the order and the fact that his kids were taken from home by the police, event that took place on Tuesday. And it seems that he will take legal action to have his children back. “My sons are fine… My path is now clear… Defeat is not an option…!” Sheen posted on his Twitter page to clarify things.
Well, what has Charlie Sheen to say about this restraining order? It seems that he is not really upset, as he claimed that he was willing to get a restraining order himself, of course against Brooke Mueller, because of her erratic behavior. So, the star is actually happy with the restraining order being issued, as he “was already planning on staying 100 parsecs away from her.” But, it seems that Sheen wasn’t that happy about the fact that Brooke has managed to convince a judge to take their twin boys out of Sheen’s home. Anyway, Brooke Muller claimed that Sheen threatened her several times, so there is no wonder that she managed to take the children out of Sheen’s custody. The twins will turn two this month and reports also claimed that Sheen was willing to obtain the full custody of his children, saying that Brooke “is not in a position to care for the children.”
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller separated after an incident that took place during Christmas in 2009. Then, Brooke claimed that her husband attacked her with a knife. The couple wed in 2008 and filed for divorce in November 2010. On the other hand, besides the problems in his personal life, Sheen has been having also many issues when it comes to his career, as his popular show “Two and a Half Men” got canceled, due Sheen’s behavior and statements. Charlie Sheen made a series of appearances during different television shows to talk about the show’s producers and his demands to return on the show.11
