Charged Over Illegal Medical Marijuana Selling
According to the authorities that made 2 medical marijuana raids at a couple of facilities in Oakland County, illegal selling of medical marijuana was performed.
The medical marijuana usage is legal under the Michigan rule, but this does not signify that it can be bought under black market. Therefore, they arrested 17 people for illegal drug sales. Anyhow, the defendants and they lawyers say that they have the legal possibility of distributing medical marijuana.
UPDATE #1:These raids took place at the Clinical Relief in Ferndale and at Everybody’s Cafe in Waterford Township and after the raids took place , police thought of making some private residence raids as well. Therefore, they raided some private residences in Macomb county and Oakland county.
The arrests were done as the police officers believe that some people abuse of the legality of the medical marijuana selling in Michigan.
