Charlie Sheen filed a lawsuit against Capri Anderson, claiming that the adult film star tried to extort money from him

If Capri Anderson agreed to talk to ABC news in an interview aired on Monday about what really happened in Charlie Sheen’ New York Plaza hotel room, the “Two and a Half Men” star claims that Anderson tried to extort $1 million from him.
So, Charlie Sheen’s reaction to the allegation Capri Anderson brought against him during her interview was to sue the adult movie star. Sheen filed the lawsuit on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. “This case involves a shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen,” the lawsuit says according to TMZ. According to the star, Anderson, whose real name is Christina Walsh tried to extort the sum of $1 million from him after the two met in New York. The lawsuit papers also say that Anderson “fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted” and then threatened Sheen to go to the media with this story if she didn’t get the money. Sheen refused to pay and as a result Capri Anderson talked to ABC news. And that wasn’t all. Anderson’s representatives contacted the Aspen authorities who prosecuted Sheen in a domestic violence case. If fact, right after the incident it was reported that Anderson plans on suing Sheen, but she did not do it until now. So, why waiting so long since the incident took place last month?

Capri Anderson said in her latest interview that she was hired to escort Charlie Sheen during the night out, but when the two headed back to Sheen’s hotel room, the actor started being very violent and so, Anderson fearing for her life, locked herself in the bathroom and alerted the hotel security. The adult movie star says that Sheen promised her $3500 to make a “dinner appearance.” She also said that when the two arrived in Sheen’ hotel room the actor snorted a “white powdery substance,” adding that Sheen grabbed her around the neck and started throwing things at her. That was the moment when she locked herself in the bathroom and called for help.

But, according to Charlie Sheen, things did not happen this way at all. The lawsuit papers filed by the actor say that after the incident Anderson mentioned that Sheen never attacked her and she told the cops when they arrived at the scene that the actor acted “like a total gentleman.” And if Sheen is right, why calling the cops?  But, Sheen claims that not only that he never attacked Capri, but the woman also stole his $165,000 Patek Philippe watch. And now Sheen is seeking unspecified damages.

At the time of the incident, Sheen was in New York to meet his former wife Denise Richards and the couple's daughters

However, it seems that Capri Anderson denies the extortion attempt, as her lawyer Keith M Davidson said. “It’s a blatant attempt by them to muddy the waters and confuse the situation,” the lawyer told People. “They are throwing a bunch of mud at the wall and hoping something will stick,” he added. But, it seems that she really said that Sheen acted like a gentleman, but Capri’s lawyer wanted to clarify the fact that the woman was referring to the beginning of the night, and not at the end with his behavior in the hotel room, when according to the woman, Sheen threatened to kill her.

Well, now both Sheen and Capri are accusing each other, the same way Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva are doing it. So, if Capri claims that Sheen assaulted her and threatened to kill her, the “Two and a Half Men” actor has already filed a lawsuit saying that Anderson tried to extort money from him and because she didn’t obtain them she is now making those accusations against Sheen. His spokesman said that the allegations are completely false.

But, unfortunately for Charlie Sheen these are not the first allegations involving an assault. The actor’s wife, from whom he is now divorcing, Brooke Mueller, claimed that Sheen attacked her with a knife and the actor pleaded guilty in the case dating back in December 2009. He was sentenced to drug and alcohol rehab and was placed on three months probation. The couple filed for divorce on November 1. Sheen was still on probation when the hotel room incident occurred and it seems that Anderson threatened the actor to go to prosecutors and have his probation violated. She also told Sheen that if she won’t get the money she will try to damage his career by talking to the media, the actor claims. Anyway, Sheen’s career wasn’t affected by this scandal, his “Two and a Half Men” television series being so successful that Sheen is the best paid actor in television.11
