Anyhow, when importing milk from China you may never know whether that specific milk has this problem is taken from the cows that were fed like this or not. So, if a thing like this happens, who is to blame and who should be asked to answer questions?

This is not the first time the Food Association is confronting with this issue. Back then in the days of 1980, doctors from Puerto Rico encountered problems with precocious puberty signs. Meaning – a four year old little girl, with fully developed breasts, or even three year old little girls with pubic hair or even vaginal bleeding. These are all abnormalities to happen and someone should be very attentive with what he feeds the little child.

Then, the problem was traced and taking the little children off the “fresh” milk, their problem started to resolve by itself.

U.S and other few countries allow their bovines to be injected with growth hormones, Despite of the threats that they expose their children to. This thing is banned in Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand and the vast part of Europe.

The actual name of the problem that parents and their little children are confronting with is Insulin-like Growth Factor – 1 – IGF-1. This is something that is proved to be found on cows that have been injected with bovine growth hormone – BGH. This is a very serious problem; as having a high level of IGF-1 in your blood will make you most likely develop breast cancer at some point in life. Appealing to pasteurization will just increase the level of IGF – 1.

In this case, babies are under no control of any disease, that is one more reason for parents to be very careful and to try and breastfeed the baby for as long as he needs milk and as much as you can. There is no joking about this, as you may never know what is inside a bottle of milk.

If you actually find yourself incapable of doing this and you must therefore buy the milk, you should try and look for the organic milk, as you most probably will have a more quality milk than the normal selling one. It may be more expensive, but it worth it. By law, the organic products cannot be produced with bovine growth hormone. You can as well look for those products that mention that they are not made with the BGH. Some of the examples of companies that do not use dairy product containing BGH are Starbucks, Ben & Jerry.

As cheese is as well a dairy product, choosing to buy cheese you should as well be attentive on the label and choose the products that are specifically told to be BGF – free.

Companies such as Monsanto think that this is not a right thing to do as even if you are not utilizing BGF in your products you should not specify this thing, as it is a competition for the companies that are using it. Even though they are creating dangerous living conditions for children and their parents, they still think of themselves and of their business and not at the lives they actually ruin.
