Former school teacher acused of being pedophile
Gerald Laneaux, a 26 years old Austin school teacher, is accused of sexual assault on two girls aged 4.
The police accused him of two different attacks on young girls, calling him a pedophile and a predator. One of the attacks took place at a Pflugerville preschool where he was teaching and the other one seems to have happened in his car. The mother of the victim that is supposed to have been attacked in the car said she trusted the young teacher before this event. She told the police that the little girl came to her and said that she was hurt. The mother of the four year old was in shock, but she tried her best to remain calm because she did not want to scare the child and wanted to find out what was the problem.
The other attack took place at the Goddard School off Wells Branch in Pflugerville, as the police declared. Paul Dunn, the school owner said that Gerald Laneaux was a school instructor there only for a couple of months the last summer, but that he was asked to leave because he did not fulfill properly his duties. He declared that they had several performance issues with Laneaux, the last one being the case of rape suspicion over the four year old little girl. Laneaux was released for the moment, but if he is found guilty of the two crimes he could spend the rest of his life in prison.
