Recently, Google brought some improvements regarding Google Apps, especially on Gmail, Google Docs and Google Sites. The engineers launched on Wednesday the newest version of Labs feature for Gmail, which allows users to search for information in Google right from their Gmail inbox.

Another improvement is that from now on, if you are using Google Chrome, you can drag the attachments from inbox on the desktop. So, with the latest changes, the users can save a lot of time, especially if they don’t remember where have they saved the information they are looking for in that moment.

Furthermore, thanks to the multiple Gmail accounts from Google people can move back and forth between Gmail accounts, without being forced to close the current window. In this way, with this multiple sign-in feature, users who have more Gmail accounts are now happy with the possibility of opening all of them at once.

Regarding Google Docs, the specialists have developed a fast improvement for spreadsheets, documents and drawings, including alternate page sizes, resizable tables in documents, spell checking in spreadsheets and a new curve rendering tool in drawings. In this way, by using these new features provided by Google you can create in real-time together with other people documents and spreadsheets much easier.

Google Sites is also supporting you and your sites with new features, by adding horizontal navigation buttons, tabs and links. In the same time, with the help of a new tool people can easier open embedded documents in a new tab in order to make edits.

On the other hand, nine new applications were added in the Google Apps Marketplace this month, which are very easy to access, with just some clicks.

The Google Apps team is very pleased to meet new and important personalities, institutions and even states, which made the choice of using their applications. This is the reason why they want to welcome the most recent names, like Roberto Cavalli, Bergelectric, the cities of Westerville and Wooster in Ohio and the state of Maryland.11
