Jennifer Aniston in Cougar Town
Jennifer Aniston, 41, might be staring again with her ex “Friend”.
There are many questions on the subject on weather she will or she won’t be appearing in on screen along with her former TV and real life buddy, Courtney Cox in the “Cougar Town” premiere that airs on Wednesday, September 22, at 9:30 p.m.
This would be the second time when these two ladies are staring together, since “Friends” ended in 2004. In the past, Aniston also joined Cox on the short series of “Dirt”, in 2007.
In “Cougar Town”, Cox is a divorcee, Jules Cobb, looking for romance and Aniston might be the shrink that gets inside her head, called Bonnie.
Bill Lawrence told EW that this would be a “kind of a get-too-involved-in-her-life-type of therapist. Those guys are so close in real life they kind of do that for each other anyway. Bonnie has the life Jules wishes she has.”
So we might be able to see some of their old time comedy on screen chemistry, as Lawrence says, they are very exited to do something on comedy again together. He said: “Every day that those two talk they have more ideas about the role. It’s definitely something they’re both involved in creatively.”
So if you will watch the “Cougar’s” second season, you might see that the sense of humor in it has evolved a bit since season one.
Lawrence also said: “I want as many people as I can get to see what the show kind of became last year. It went from a typical TV show trying to find itself to something that I’m really proud of and like and think is really funny.”
