Karina Smirnoff No Troubles Over Photo Shoot
Karina Smirnoff will face no consequences when it comes to Dancing with the Stars, over her appearance on Playboy (thirdage.com)
Although it has been claimed that Karina Smirnoff may get into trouble over the photo shoot that she had done for Playboy magazine, it seems that there will be no consequences for the star to face.
Karina Smirnoff is actually not the only “Dancing with the Stars” contestant that has been in the magazine, and in fact her decision did not came as a shock for the show’s producers. The show’s co-host, Brooke Burke, and also other contestants including Kendra Wilkinson, Lisa Rinna, Pamela Anderson, Holly Madison and Denise Richards have also been in Playboy.
The news regarding the fact that Karina Smirnoff will be in the latest issue of Playboy was actually announced by the magazine founder, Hugh Hefner sharing the news on his Twitter account. He made the news public on Wednesday. “May issue of Playboy is unforgettable with Dancing With the Stars’ Karina Smirnoff on the cover and nude inside,” Hefner tweeted.
Well, according to People magazine, the show producers actually knew that Karina Smirnoff was doing the photo shoot, before it took place. “They did know ahead of time and they still gave her one of the best pairings,” a source told the magazine. But, it looks like the 32 year old star actually did the photo shoot before beginning her work on the show.
However, initially reports indicated that “Dancing with the Stars” producers were angry when finding out about Karina’s decision, saying it may affect the show’s image. Sources claimed that she will be fired from the show if the photos will be out, but it seems that things will not turn out that way. Karina Smirnoff is currently dancing with Ralph Macchio. She will appear on the cover of the May issue of Playboy magazine.11
