Kendra Talks Refusing Playboy
kendra is a mom now and she wants to show the world that she's still hot and sassy!
Playboy is really getting turned down by famous women right now (see Patricia Bieber, Justin’s mother). Still, in what concerns Kendra’s refusal, she says she did it not because of her weight, as it was rumored, but because she wouldn’t have done it for the right reasons.
Kendra decided to talk about the real reasons behind the refusal of the pictorial for Playboy and she said that at the time she wanted to do it, but only because she wanted to show people that she can still be sexy and hot, even though she was a mom. Well, what she did was to hire a professional photographer to take her some test photos. Her hubby, Hank Baskett (he’s a football player), found out only when he got home that afternoon and saw his beautiful wait in the living room, taking some photos in some rather indecent clothes. “He didn’t yell at me,” Kendra says. “He wasn’t mad at me for doing that photo shoot. He actually sat down with me and he went over the reasons of doing it. And you know, my reasons weren’t right. I wanted to do Playboy for the wrong reasons. The wrong reasons are to prove people wrong, not to prove it to myself but to people and to put my middle finger up to everybody and be like, ‘I’m going to do Playboy!’ But that wasn’t the right reason, you know?”
Plus, Kendra insists that she’s feeling absolutely great about herself these days. She’s moved back to L.A. with little Hank, as big Hank is in Minnsota playing for the Vikings. What they want to do is buy a house and settle down on the West Coast. And the truth is that Kendra is feeling really sexy and people see that she’s looking hot again, according to E! News. She feels so good about herself, she event showed off her C-section scar, when she decided to take that test photo shoot. “I was like, ‘C-section scar, bitches!’ You know, I don’t care. I can make fun of myself. I don’t really care. At the end of the day I’m not some supermodel. I’m me. I’m Kendra, you know? I’m not trying to be someone I’m not.”11
