Kristina Hagan, a woman who appeared as an extra on the “Bones” show last year sued David Boreanaz, the star of the show, for alleged sexual harassment.

The sexual harassment charges come only months after David Boreanaz publicly admitted to cheating on his wife. Hagan sued Boreanaz and 20th Century Fox Television for more than 25,000 dollars and claims that Boreanaz tried to kiss and fondle her while she appeared as an extra on the show in August, and that it was not a singular case, the actor made many attempts. Kristina Hagan says that the incident also happened when they were sitting in his car, and when she was asked what she was doing there since she was supposed to have avoided him she said that she repeatedly met with the actor because he promised her a recurring role on the “Bones” series, role that she never received.

Holly Shakoor, the publicist of Boreanaz, says that the charges are completely absurd and inappropriate, and that Kristina Hagan will not be able to win the lawsuit because she is lying and it is not possible to win with a fabricated story. Gloria Allred, the well known Los Angeles attorney, is representing Hagan into courts, and she says that her client is looking forward to the day of the lawsuit.
