Miley Cyrus is definitely not in her best days. Her parents are getting divorced, she broke up with her boyfriend actor Liam Hemsworth and now it seems that the teenage actress was seen drinking in a club, although she is only 17 years old.
Miley Cyrus has been partying and drinking at a club in Madrid, although she is under age. In fact that was the problem with Miley having a good time, TMZ reported. If the divorce or the breakup affected Miley and made her not take under consideration the effects on her public image or what really happened is not clear, but things are not looking good for the famous teen singer. Miley technically broke the law because the legal drinking age is 18 in the country. Well, the singer will turn 18 in a few days, but the reality is that at the moment she is only 17.

Miley Cyrus is currently in Madrid to promote her latest album “Can’t Be Tamed.” But her actions in the Spanish capital were found so shocking because this actually is the first time when Miley is seen drinking, although she was spotted at different clubs in the past. Can it be linked to the fact that Miley’s parents Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus have recently separated after 17 years of marriage? Well regarding the reason of the divorce many rumors emerged and some were actually linked to the existence of a cheating story. It was reported that Miley’s mom had a relationship with musician Bret Michaels and that infidelity was the thing that made Billy Ray file for divorce.

Well, Miley’s actions have been described in different ways by different publications and in some reports the singer was considered to have putted at risk herself and others by setting a bad example. Anyway, these are not the only news about Miley this week. The singer has apparently split once again with her boyfriend actor Liam Hemsworth. “Their on- and off-again relationship is currently off,” a source told People magazine. “But you never know with Miley and Liam. They could be back on at some point,” the source added. Anyway another source mentioned that the two have always been and still are good friends.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth first met when filming the “Last Song” in June 2009. But their relationship has always been one with ups and downs. The two first separated in August but they made things work once again in September. However, in the past weeks it seems that the two actors have more been apart than together. Liam has been in Australia to host the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards and to spend some time with his family, while Miley has been busy promoting her album and also preparing her performance at the MTV European Music Awards, ceremony which is set on Sunday.11
