World’s number one and second favorite at Wimbledon, Spanish Rafa Nadal didn’t seem to have lot of work on his way to the English final, beating Andy Murray in three straight sets, 6-4, 7-6, 6-4 in today’s second semi final of the tournament. The victory sends the Spanish player into the final where he’ll meet unbeaten Czech Tomas Berdych who also smashed another favorite of the tournament, Serbian Novak Djokovic, in other three straight sets victory, 6-3, 7-6, 6-3 final score. The Czech player eliminated these days favorite number one of the tournament, Swiss Roger Federer, providing an unexpected performance at Wimbledon.

Anyhow, the 24-year-old Rafa Nadal said just after the game he knows he did one of his best matches at Wimbledon, otherwise no one can beat the Scottish player: “It was a very, very good match for me. To beat him you have to play your best tennis because he is one of the toughest opponents in the world.”

Sunday is the big day, when we’ll see if Czech’s superstars-beating-road will end up good or it will be the Spanish to win his second title at the biggest English tournament.
