No Response To Omega – 3 Fats From The Part Of Heart Patients

As according to some studies, the omega – 3 fatty acids were seen as aiding the patients that were having some heart problems, according to the latest news, no different result was seen in those that ate margarine with added omega – 3 fats and those that did not.

This under no circumstance means that adding some essential nutrients has no value at all, but it means that as for the heart patients concern, “adding a little bit of omega-3 fatty acid does not seem to make a difference,” said Alice Lichtenstein, a Tufts University nutrition professor, who was not involved in the research.
