Organic food has changed our lifestyle in a long time; first considered as an exclusivist choise for those who have enough money to afford it, now has become a regular basis even on a medium budget daily meal. There was a time when it was very rare to find someone who actually lived on organic food.

The last few years has seen a significant boost in the worldwide demand of organic food. With a handful of organic companies to start with, we now have a full range of options to pick from. Starting from organic honey, fruits and vegetables and ending up with finished products like gems, chocolate, cooked food, there is nothing you could wish for to not have already come up in its “organic” form.

The great thing about organic food is that, besides the fact that it’s more healthy than the majority of junk food we eat or we bump into daily, it also tastes delicious. For example, there’s nothing you can compare to a fresh tomato grown organically which has that sweetness and a bit irregulate form, or a sweet green grape that melts in your mouth.

It is not that difficult to find organic food in your local area. Once considered a luxury which could have only been bought from special stores found miles away from your home, you can basically find organic raised food near your house, thanks to the full range of stores, supermarkets or local grocery shops that can offer you now the benefits of local planted fruits and vegetables.

Given the facts, how organic do you eat on a regular basis?
