Other Conspiracy Theories

Cure for cancer?
There are numerous conspiracy theories which people consider to be true. Apparently many of these theories are covered up by the government, or by third parties. Some of them might sound ridiculous, but since they have been present for such a long time, they are worth taking a look at. Here are some of the most popular conspiracy theories.
Program Phoenix is an independently-funded foundation which has the main task of searching for extraterrestrial intelligence. There are hundreds or maybe thousands of organizations and people who are in the search for extraterrestrial life forms. It is said that the Phoenix Program is the mother of all of these organizations, as it controls each and every one of them. It is said that its headquarters is in Mountain View, CA, and that it was created in 1995. It is also said that they use the Parkes radio scope in New South Wales, Australia in order to search for other life forms, but they only search the ones which are located within 200 light-years of ours. This means that they search about 800 stars, and currently they have not found any evidence of extra terrestrial life forms.
Some say that all of this is a lie, and that in fact the Phoenix Project has been created in order to communicate with the aliens which have already been discovered. The aliens know where we are, but it is unknown if they will come in peace or with the thought of destroying us. The most powerful in the world belong to Program Phoenix, and all of them will be spared in case of an alien invasion.
Without a doubt, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was one of the most gifted people in the world. I could say that he was a genius in many fields of activity. He had an excellent memory, and he recreated the Gregorio Allegri’s Miserere from memory after he heard it once in Rome when he was 14 years old. He was truly extraordinary. The film Amadeus states that Mozart was killed by Antonio Salieri, because he could not stand that he was better than him. It is not known exactly how Mozart died, and everything related to his death comes from the correspondence which the doctors sent when he passed away. All that is known is that he suddenly fell ill on September 6, 1791 during the premiere of La clemenza di Tito.
He died in December of that year, when he was 35 years old. Numerous people have claimed that he was poisoned, and since Salieri was known for the fact that could not stand Mozart, was considered to be the killer. What many might not know, is the fact that Salieri loved Mozart’s music, and that could be a reason why he might have not done it. Usually when we love something we want to experience that thing as long as possible. The reality is that Mozart could have died from more than 100 different reasons, from cirrhosis, to rheumatic fever.
Everybody knows the story of Amilia Earhart who tried to fly across the world at Equator, but who disappeared in the process. She tried it once, but she could not do it, so she tried one more time. The last stop prior to the one from Pacific was Lae, New Guinea, on June, 29, 1937. She took a friend with her on the second attempt, Fred Noonan. They were supposed to land on Howland Island, but they never made it there. The situation was pretty strange, because she contacted them by radio, but they could not contact her back. From the audio recordings, it seems that she was not able to find the island, which does not make too much sense.
There are many theories regarding this incident, as it is said that she might have run out of fuel, crashed in the water, or that they were attacked by the Japanese. The most absurd theories state that the plane entered a wormhole which sent it to a different dimension. Yes, that makes complete sense.
It is said that the apricots have the power of curing cancer because they contain cyanogenic glycosides. It is said that if you eat too much of them, you will die because they contain cyanide. The cyanides also contain laetrile, which is a chemical that apparently has the capability of destroying every cancer cell from the body. The American Cancer Association stated that such a chemical does not exist, and that currently the only way of fighting against cancer is through chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Of course, there are many who say that the cure for cancer exists; only that it is kept a secret, and so on. It is said that the main reason why they do not want to offer the cure for cancer, is because in the case they do, the medication industry will go broke.
That does not make sense and I will tell you why. If the cure for cancer would be found, then the industry would make much more money because people will buy it. I mean they would have the possibility of avoiding death, and I am sure that no person would say that the cure is too expensive. Despite of all the claims made by the ACA that they do not have the cure for cancer, people still believe that it is a lie.
Louis XIV was the King of France a very long time ago, but this story is about a different person. This story is about a man who was kept in jail for more than 34 years and who was transferred to most of the prisons from France. The people in charge with the prison did not know what to do with him, and for a very long time they put an iron mask on his face which had slots for his eyes, mouth, and nose. The letters sent by Marquis de Louvois to the warden of Pingerol jail were discovered, and it seems that the plan was to lock him in a cell where no one would hear him. They wanted to make him ask only for food and for water, any other words would have got him killed.
The person died in 1703 after 34 years of imprisonment. Many wondered what all the fuss was about a regular person. The speculations started to arrive very soon, and it is believed that that person was actually a royal person. Louis XIV knew it, and had to honor a rule that said that he could not kill one who is of royal blood. He did not kill him directly, but he put him in jail for 34 years. Some said that that man was the king’s brother, others say that he was one of the biggest generals of the French Army who talked bad about the king. Regardless of the situation, the reality is that the man with the iron mask actually existed.
