There may be no surprise here, but Michael Jackson’s children are willing to have a career in entertainment industry.
So, if Prince is willing to be movie director, Paris wants to be an actress. However, they are both going to make their father proud, Michael’s mother confessed. In a recent interview with ABC news, Prince said that he has decided what he wants to do. “I’m looking at a couple of opportunities in show business – mostly producing,” Prince, who is now 14 years old said. His younger sister, Paris, aged 12, claimed she wants to be an actress. “I’m thinking about auditioning for a play next week,” she said.

However, it seems that the interest for the industry had been brought to the two by their father. And the kids’ grandmother, Katherine Jackson, also mentioned that there is no rivalry between Prince and Paris. Michael’s youngest son, Prince Michael, nicknamed Blanket is only 9 years old. Anyway, Michael’s three children are willing to continue their dad’s work. “I guess continue what our dad was doing,” Prince said when being asked what he wants to do in the future. Katherine Jackson also mentioned that Michael’s children are doing what their father would have wanted, so they are really happy that they have chosen this path.

Anyway, in an earlier interview for People magazine Michael’s brother, Jackie, said that he has already given some advice to his niece and nephew, as he claimed to have mentioned to them the fact that at their age, he and his brothers were already stars, referring of course to the Jackson 5 and their fame. He also mentioned that Michael’s children are constantly asking questions about their father, as they want to learn more about the King of Pop, asking Jackie different stories about him. “They want to know more about him,” Jackie mentioned.

Michael Jackson died in June 2009 at the age of 50 after an overdose of Propofol. At the time of his death, Michael was preparing for a series of concerts in London, working at his comeback. However, despite the fact that they want to continue Michael’s work by being part of the entertainment industry, they also want to focus on his charity projects. According to a TMZ report, Michael’s children donated $10,000 to one of the star’s charities, Los Angeles Housing Corporation, which offers shelter for homeless families.
