Although Rachel McAdams is not engaged any longer, the star seems to still see herself as a bride, in the future, of course.

The popular actress claimed in an interview for the June issue of ELLE magazine that she just is a romantic. “My parents are together and still in love. I’m very blessed that way,” Rachel McAdams explained, adding that “I had a great example of love in front of me, and that’s probably what makes me such a romantic, because I’ve seen it firsthand.” However, finding such a love, or better said true love, is not something easy, the actress said, so she worries about ever finding it.

But, seeing the love that exists between her parents, Rachel believed that everyone is like them. However, she realized that it is something rare and it is also difficult to find a relationship like the one between her mom and dad. “It’s such a hard thing to find. I think it was more that realization that rocked me,” she explained. So, the actress admitted she is a romantic. But, despite all these claims, Rachel is not really worried about her personal life, but the star actually plans on focusing on her acting career. The actress is currently starring in Woody Allen’s newest movie, “Midnight in Paris,” alongside popular actor Owen Wilson. The two have worked together before, as they co-starred in “Wedding Crashers,” but Rachel claimed that it was funnier to be bad in the first movie she worked on with Wilson.

Rachel McAdams is known to have dated her “Notebook” co-star, Ryan Gosling, the two actually getting engaged at some point during their long term relationship. But, the couple separated in 2007. After that the 32 year old actress has been linked to many other famous names. Anyway, new Rachel is dating actor Michael Sheen, the two being a couple since last summer. To Rachel McAdams and Michael Sheen there were some rumors linked in the past few weeks, claiming that the couple has gotten engaged. Rumors first emerged when Rachel was seen wearing what seemed to be an engagement ring. However, a rep for Michael Sheen denied all rumors, so it seems that Rachel and Michael are not set to wed. And the actress still worries about ever finding true love, despite her happy relationship with the British actor.
