Sherri Shepherd seems really happy that she will wed her fiance. The star has everything planned for the event.
Sherri Shepherd is set to wed in August and the star has already talked about the happy event. Lamar Sally and Sherri Shepherd announced their engagement in January. And it seems that Sherri can’t wait to start her married life and she is really happy to wed in just a few months. And since a wedding means many preparations, Sherri is ready to make her choices. “I love anything red velvet,” she said according to People magazine, and she is now looking for a red velvet wedding cake. But, when it comes to the guests list, there is at least one person who will definitely be there for the event.
Sherri Shepherd’s six year old son, Jeffery, will actually be part of the wedding ceremony, as the young boy will be escorting his mom down the aisle. “I’m just teaching him how to walk down slowly, instead of running, and I’m just going to ask him, please don’t say, ‘Mommy, I gotta pee.’ Can you just hold it for 45 minutes?” Sherri said. And the 43 years old star explained that she has been practicing with her son in order for everything to turn out being perfect at the event.
But, what about the wedding dress? In an earlier interview with PopEater, Sherri Shepherd said that she hasn’t bought the dress for the event yet, as she plans on loosing some weight until the wedding will be taking place. Anyway, although almost everything is ready now for the wedding, Sherri Shepherd confessed that she still has no idea where the honeymoon location will be. “We’re looking at Thailand or somewhere over in Europe,” the star said, adding that “We want to go somewhere exotic.” But, when talking about her fiance, Sherri Shepherd claimed he actually is the perfect man. Sherri said he is a “great” friend for her and he just makes her laugh. They are actually the perfect match, Sherri said about herself and her future husband, Lamar Sally.11
