Simon Cowell, the famous entertainer of “Britain’s Got Talent” is standing on the brink of a judicial trial after speaking his mind about one of the performances of the famous show, in May 2009, when he said about contestant Emma Czikai that she had a horrible singing voice.

This outloud thinking could cost Cowell, since Emma has sued him pretending she was publicly humiliated by the assertion made by the host of “Britain’s Got Talent”.

Mrs. Czikai is quoted to have said that the program that dismissed her voice is making a few people very rich at the expense of the ordinary folks, man and women from all over Britain, who come to find themselves in the spotlight, and get instead a lot of exploitation and humiliation from the organizers. “Barbarism” and “cruelty” are also words used by the same Mrs. Emma Czikai to express her opinion of a contest in which she participated out of free will, and which promoted people like Susan Boyle and others all over this planet.

Simon Cowell is accused of having broadcasted an audition clip recorded in improper conditions, according to Mrs. Czikai. She says that the performance of the song was affected by a physical condition that caused swelling all over her body. She claims to have been denied the opportunity of singing in an environment “that meets her particular disabilities”, and also to have asked Cowell to withdraw the clip in question because of the conditions it was recorded in.

According to The Sun, the amount of money Mrs. Czikai is after is of 2.5 million pounds, which makes some $3.8 million. How does one assess in court when a voice is horrible, anyway? Poor judges of Her Majesty the Queen! They’re in for a treat.11
