The divorce is messing up Tiger’s career
Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are officially divorced and a few days ago at Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City for the execution of their divorce agreement.
The statement released by Nordegren’s law firm, McGuireWoods, says that they are very sorry that their marriage is over and wish one another good thing for the future which is no longer common. Although they are no longer married, they are the parents of two children which they declare to be the most important things in their lives. Once they came to the decision that their marriage was over the primary focus was ensuring the future well being of the children. Woods’ personal and professional life has been very disturbed since the Thanksgiving holiday car crash which led to sexual infidelity allegations. Nordegren, age 30 years old, remained silent during the scandal, and reports say that she will probably receive anywhere from 100 million to 500 million dollars in assets from the divorce settlement. 34 years old Tiger Woods was absent for 5 months from the golf field after this story brought up other women claiming they have had affairs with him.

He is now back on the field, but his game continues to decline failed to finish higher than fourth at this year’s first three major golf competitions. He withdrew from one of his other five PGA tournaments and finished below the 19th place at the others. He admitted that the end of his marriage has influenced his professional life and declared that he is feeling sad. The court documents show that Nordegren hired eight attorneys and has formally returned to using her maiden name. Nordegren is ready to start her new life as a single mother and Woods is still haunted by his past, with Rachel Uchitel, one of his reported former mistresses, wanting to get back with him. The day he dealt with the initial marital settlement agreement in July, Tiger played one of his worst games ever at the AT&T National Golf Tournament, allegedly because the absence of support from his family. Woods and Nordegren decided to co-parent their two children, Sam Alexis, aged 3, and Charlie Axel, aged 1. Woods says that he is trying to make life changes and organize so that he can play again the way he used to.
