But here goes the “magic”, because the person must follow some steps by simply pressing some buttons, and the machine itself will “say” what the problem is, by emitting certain sounds specific to a certain type of problem. The system is already used with Bios PCs.
In that moment, taking into account the information that the washer gave it to the user, he will know if the problem is serious and he needs a technician, or the issue is a simple one that can be repaired by the user himself.
