As we all know, LG is already famous and well-known all over the world for its best home devices. Now, the big brand came with a new technology, especially designed for washers and dryers, which they say about it that will make easier the process of eventual repairs in the system.

This new technology, called SmartDiagnosis system, the communication between the product and the person engaged in fixing it will be much better, because the system itself will say to him what the problem is. In this way, the customers will save a lot of time, and the process of repair will be a lot shorter, because they will know from the beginning what they are facing.

The Wired website is revealing for all of us how this thing works. When the customer has a problem with his washer, he will certainly call the technical service, like we all do. But here goes the “magic”, because the person must follow some steps by simply pressing some buttons, and the machine itself will “say” what the problem is, by emitting certain sounds specific to a certain type of problem. The system is already used with Bios PCs.

In that moment, taking into account the information that the washer gave it to the user, he will know if the problem is serious and he needs a technician, or the issue is a simple one that can be repaired by the user himself.

An estimated price for a washer model that uses this system is somewhere along 1900 dollars. You can also check out the press releases to find out more about the new technology and the models of the company that will use it.11
