The woods are a source of fear, as it can be very terrifying in them especially during the nights. You hear certain sounds; you see certain things, and so on. Because of these reasons it is only natural to feel a little awkward in the forest. However there are numerous people who have stated that when they go inside of a forest they feel unusual panic. Some say that the main reason for that is the fact that the Greek God Pan is in the forest, and that he causes them terror. The god Pan is the protector of the wild living places, and this might be one of the reasons why he influences the people.

They have declared that they have sensed terror, as if there was a near threat, and as soon as they felt that, they felt the urge to get out of the woods and go into civilization. They have declared that they heard a buzzing sound, and then complete silence, and then they experienced the sensation of fear. A study has been made on this, which analyzed the possible reasons behind it. What do you think, could it be a phobia, or is there something more to it?

Men who have dog heads have been present in numerous cultures, probably the most famous of them all being the Egyptian God, Anubis. However, it seems that in Africa lives a race of creatures that has these characteristics, and which are called Cynocephali. The black stick man is another creature created by the modern times. In case you were wondering what it is, remember about the people you once drew when you were little, similar to the ones from the game hangman. Well the black stick men are basically those drawings which came to life. Their heads are a black circle without any facial characteristics, and they are two dimensional. However, it seems that the like to wear a top hat, and they seem to be very curious. It seems that they like to follow their witnesses, but that they do not cause any physical harm.

Regardless of the situation it must be terrible to be followed by a black stick man. Anyway, it seems that after a certain moment of following, they simply disappear.

The shadow people are similar to the black stick people, in the sense that they appear out of nowhere, and that they disappear as fast as they appeared. The shadow people are exactly what you might expect: live shadows. They pop into various rooms through the walls; they like to stare at people while they are sleeping, and so on.

They do not have an actual purpose, and it seems that they do not want to cause any harm. They simply like to walk around this earth without any task whatsoever. Some say that they are the spirits of the dead, whereas some have said that they are from another dimension.
