What is Vodafone offering?
In the last twelve months Vodafone have sunk millions of pounds into upgrading their network, and they plan to spend even more over the next twelve months. This is to ensure that when the new 4G standard becomes commonplace, their network is built to handle it. There are hardly any handsets on the market at the moment that are ready for 4G, but when they finally do roll out, Vodafone’s network will be ready.
One of the main selling points of the network itself is that they are always trying to find ways to reward their customers for staying with them. To this end they created the Freebeez scheme. Just by being a customer you accumulate points which you can then spend on mystery gifts. This might be a free minutes bundle, a star prize like a phone or a camera, or any of the other offers they have. Customers can also save up their points to spend on something bigger later on such as laptops and holidays, or they can trade in their minutes when their contract is up to get a phone upgrade when they renew their contract. Customers can accumulate these points by being a contract customer or a pay as you go customer. Such flexibility in their rewards scheme means that there is no worry of people feeling cheated because they are not on the most expensive plan. It makes everyone feel as valued as possible, giving much more customer satisfaction.11
